Some images on our website may be digital mockups used to demonstrate how a design is expected to appear on a finished product.
Minor differences between digital previews and finished products may occur.
SECTION 6 – MADE-TO-ORDER AND PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Many C2K2 Creations physical products are made to order.
We work with multiple third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners that may manufacture, package, and ship products on our behalf.
Different products within the same order may be fulfilled by different production partners or facilities.
As a result, items may be produced at different locations, ship separately, arrive on different dates, or have separate tracking numbers.
Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, order volume, product availability, shipping destination, and carrier.

SECTION 7 – CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Certain products may be customized, personalized, or created specifically for an individual customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, spelling, wording, colors, images, sizing selections, and other customization information submitted with an order.
C2K2 Creations is not responsible for errors contained in information supplied or approved by the customer.
Once a custom or personalized order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Custom and personalized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part or that of our fulfillment partner.

SECTION 8 – DIGITAL PRODUCTS
C2K2 Creations may offer digital products, including but not limited to digital artwork, PNG files, templates, downloadable designs, journals, printables, digital resources, and other downloadable content.
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once they have been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, except where required by applicable law.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright, trademark, design rights, or intellectual property unless the product listing expressly states otherwise.
Any commercial-use permissions or licensing terms included with a specific digital product will apply to that product.
SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all original content appearing on the C2K2 Creations website, including artwork, graphics, designs, logos, branding, text, product photographs, digital downloads, layouts, videos, and other creative materials, is owned by or licensed to C2K2 Creations.

Because made-to-order products may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after an order has been submitted for fulfillment.
